1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We ship nationwide across the Philippines through reliable courier partners (LBC, J&T, JRS, Ninja Van).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

    • Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₱[60.00] per order

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₱[1999]

  • Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

  • You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s tracking platform.


5. Shipping Concerns

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can coordinate with our courier partners.


6. International Shipping

  • At present, GRITPLUS ships within the Philippines only. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.
